Recruitment / Job agencies must identify themselves as such in their advertisements. Ads must include the trading name. If the name does not make it clear that it is a recruitment agency then Agy or Bus must also be included.

Your advertising copy must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and comply with the British Code of Advertising Standards Authority. We may amend the advert to ensure compliance with such requirements. We are not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements made by you in your advert copy. Accordingly, you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us, which are caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by you.
By submitting your advertisement online you are requesting that it appears on Get Reading / Fish4jobs and Reading Evening Post. Your advertisement will not appear until it has been verified and accepted. We will only contact you if we are not able to accept the advert copy.
The copyright in all adverts shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us.
Deadlines
Online:
Up to midnight Tuesday, your ad will appear online on Thursday, after midnight Tuesday; your ad will appear online a week Thursday.
Reading Evening Post:
Up to 11am Friday, your advertisement will appear in the Jobs section the following Monday.
Up to 3pm Wednesday, your advertisement will appear in the jobs section the following Thursday.

Data
By submitting your advertisement, you are requesting that
your advertisement appears on Get Reading / Fish4jobs and Reading
Evening Post. This means that the advertisement, including any
contact details i.e. telephone number, email or postal address (where
applicable), can potentially be viewed by any person with Internet
access, throughout the world. You consent to the publication of your
data in this way.
Changes,
Cancellations
Changes and or cancellations are subject to our
deadlines. If you wish to cancel or change your advertisement please

English Law
These
terms and conditions and the contract of which they form a part shall
be governed by English law. GMG reserve the right to refuse to
publish any advertisement without ascertaining any reason, and to
classify, edit and delete at its sole discretion. The placing of any
advert is an acceptance of these conditions.
